Zoo with Aunt Cathie

We went to the zoo yesterday with Cathie. Had a blast! Bob's favorite exhibit was the giraffe. Elizabeth loved taking pictures with her new camera. Cathie and I loved the McDonald's lunch :)

It was great to spend Christmas in Boca Grande again. The last time we spent Christmas in Boca Grande was 2004 and we had NO kids. Wow, what a difference 6 years makes. The kids had a blast and so did the adults.

5 years ago today, I became a Mom!!!!! The hardest and most rewarding job I will ever have. Happy Birthday Beanie! We love you, I can't believe you are 5 years old already.

Halloween 2010

Bob went through a number of costumes: Elivis, rock start, princess (don't ask), garbage (don't ask), fireman, and finally Chip or Dale. He is very fickle lately. We had a little party at the house before Trick or Treating. Not sure how my mom managed our awesome parties growing up. We had pin the nose on the pumpkin and bobbing for apples. Poor Elizabeth had a huge handicap - no teeth!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

Yes, I am posting these very late. Better late than never. These are pictures from our trip to the pumpkin patch. So impressed that my kids did not want the biggest pumpkins. They wanted a pumpkin they could carry on their own. Too cute!!

Wow, where is the time going?

I just realized I forgot to post Halloween photos... On my To Do list for this week. I can't believe this little guy will be 1 year old on Sunday! Here he is hanging out with "Holly."

This morning's 5k race!

Wow, this morning's race was a doozy. It was mainly off-road, and by off-road I mean heavy, thick wet grass. Not the easiest thing to push a stroller through. Dan finished 2nd in the stroller division with a sub 26 minute time and I finished 3rd at 26:35. I was also 2nd in my age group. Mis Elizabeth and Mr. Bob then ran the 100 yard dash. Our Miss Elizabeth brought home the 2nd place medal. Bob put in a valiant effort. I think he will bring home a medal next year. Chris did a great job of cheering us all on.

Elizabeth and Bob have a new best friend. I call the three of them the 3 Musketeers. Elizabeth, Bob and Holly love to hunt lizards in the backyard. They love to play ball together. They love to rustle in the bushes. They love to jump all over Mama B's outdoor furniture together. They love to "think" about climbing trees. These 3 are nothing but trouble, but they have oh so much fun together. Here are some pictures from their latest playdate with Holly.
